NO SMOKERS, NO FRIENDS THAT SMOKE, NO PETS OF ANY KIND AND NO FRIENDS WITH PETS! If you smoke or have a pet, kindly respect my desires and do not reply. Restriction 2 individual occupancy. The condo is located on the north end of the Carolina Beach island away from all the commercial activity. It is serene and really quiet and a great location to compose a book! The living room opens onto a deck that straight over looks the ocean. I am trying to find a responsible part-time tenant that will certainly appreciate the condo and the furnishings. Condo will certainly be available for rent regular monthly beginning mid November, 2014 through end February 28, 2015.This is a terrific condo that rents for $1100 a week throughout peak season, so this is a bargain at $1000 a month and including all energies.
