The home sits on a beautiful lawn that slopes down to the lake to a swim area and personal dock. It is extremely peaceful; neighbors are considerate and seldom. Fishing/sailing/canoeing, and kayaking are all offered. We have 4 kayaks, a sunfish, canoe, and other various boats! The home is on Lower Highland Lake and is limited from motorboats so it is extremely clean. It connects by walkway to the DAR wilderness area. No cable television or wireless, dish washer or washer/dryer. One room has a queen bed, one has twin beds, and one has bunk beds. Photos can be sent after a quick letter of interest and description of yourself/family. Canines are welcome for an included fee. The cottage is offered regular. The town of Goshen is 5 minute walk. Northampton, a 5-college town, is 20 minutes with countless cultural events and dinning. The owners will certainly have the right to go to in order to care take the property. Just a few weeks left this summertime.
