The living room and all bedrooms have window AC units. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and a small half bath. The larger bedroom has 2 twin beds, a day bed and plenty of extra room for playing board games or watching TV. The other bedroom has a full-sized bed, fireplace and sitting area with a cozy over-sized chair. Hallway linen closet provides extra storage space. The house is equipped with WIFI and several TVs with cable. Washer and dryer are down cellar. Last year, the interior of the house was painted, appliances upgraded, new carpet installed and mattresses for all 5 beds replaced. Linens are available. The 1/2 acre yard has a gas grill, picnic table, plenty of additional seating and a firepit. A roomy outdoor shower with hot/cold water and changing area was added last spring. The lawn is level with open space for sports or other outdoor activities. A portable Coleman screen house has replaced the one shown in photos. An adult tricycle and 2 bicycles are available to use on the bike trail. Dogs are allowed with prior approval but on the first floor ONLY (extra security deposit applies). There is a gate that can be used to block the stairs. Dog walking may be arranged with nearby Nauset Pet Services if you are away from the house for a long day trip. This is a NON-SMOKING house.
