We pride ourselves on having numerous return visitors time after time. Rosie Rainbow our Tuxedo Cat will be hosting your social event! (She is mostly an outdoor feline and is rather independent, so you probably wont see her quite). Home Amenities:. Come and relax in our big living room that boasts a 42" cinema HD MOVIE, a comfy and long couch and 2 leather recliners. A fully-equipped kitchen for your tail-gating preparations. All new, stainless devices! Ice-maker/water dispenser from fridge. There is a grill by the deck. Warm yourselves alongside the fireplace after a brisk video game. Plenty of places to hang out and relax in our 3 floor, 4 bed rooms house with extremely comfortable beds (tv in each), crisp sheets, soft linens and fluffy towels. No need to await a washroom w/2.5 available. Our home will certainly be CLEAN and WELCOMING for your group !! We pride ourselves on having many of our consumers return every year ... Extended Cable MOVIE in each bed rooms and includes HBO and Showtime in Livingroom, Teal Bedroom and Master Bedroom. PLACE, LOCATION:. Lovely community within the best distance (2 miles) to Beaver Stadium. Capture the bus to the game by walking across the street to catch the CATA or cach the Blue Shuttle from Lowes, one block away. Stroll to Sheetz for a snack, catch a motion picture at the College 9 a block away. If you have children with you, we are right across the street from the Park Forest school that has a HUGE play area. Circleville Park is w/in a mile and has Volleyball courts, Tennis Courts, Pavillions with Grills, Walking Trails, Playground equipment as well as a Frisbee Golf area. Lovely location to take a very early morning jog or to stroll your pet dog. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:. Master Bedroom Queen (private bath) - Sleeps 2. Teal Room Full - Sleeps 2 w/room for queen blow-up mattress (avail upon demand). Blue Room Full - Sleeps 2. Environment-friendly Room Queen - Sleeps 2. Long comfy leather sofa in Livingroom - Sleeps 1 (space in living room for air mattress/sleeping bags). Queen-size blowup bed available upon demand - sleeps 2. New this year is the Ga'Lounge location !! Extra location to hang out with a comfy and long leather sofa, 2 chairs, compact refrigerator and Cable TELEVISION - - yes, in the Garage! Continental Breakfast provided - Fresh Fruit, Baker's Dozen Wegman's Bagels and Cream Cheese, Coffee, Milk and Power Bars to move you entering the morning! Check-in/check-out times are negotiable. Smoking outside or in garage only. Well behaved dog may be considered - Pet deposit - 50.00. 200.00 down to reserve and balance due week prior to rental weekend.
