THERE'S STILL SOME ROOM LEFT !!!! So this is the offer ... I am turning 50 in August and I am treating myself to the Sturgis rally as a birthday gift to me! Its been on my bucket list for a long time and I am finally doing it. So I rented a nice big residence for Sturgis ... The house has 5 bed rooms. I am taking one of them. That leaves four bedrooms offered for rental. I am trying to find an excellent fun group preferably near my age bracket (not required tho) to rent them to ... First responders and military are highly urged to apply. I will certainly even start the Rally off right with a refrigerator full of beer! I have been looking around for about a month up until now and the average price I can discover for suitable lodging (a space) is about $2000 for a week. I have worked it out so we can all have a location longer, for a lot less $$!! I have a residence from August 2 thru August 10, so you can have a residence from August 2-10th. Here's exactly what you get:. Your own room (or bed) for the whole rally.Full house privileges.3 washrooms (vital !!).Your very own set of keys to go and come as you wish.Use of the kitchen area.Washer and Dryer.Energies are consisted of.Outdoor deck with BBQ.Garage for the bikes.WiFi.Great company with like minded people. Some No-No's:. No cigarette smoking in our home.Definitely no medicines in the home.No Pets. Pretty sensible so far? Here's the bed room breakdown:. Master Bedroom Suite: King size bed, your own bathroom (no sharing!) has a jacuzzi tub and shower and the whole suite is yours for your stay!... $1500 for up to 9 days/8 nights (+ $200 refundable deposit). Second Bedroom: Full sized futon, your very own space for the whole stay ... $1250 for as much as 9 days/8 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). 3rd Bedroom: Current baby room. No bed however lots of space for an air bed mattress (I can assist with this). Your very own space for the whole rally! ...$1100 for up to 9 days/8 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). 4th & 5th Bedrooms: Bunk design beds ... 3 in each space. I'm thinking that I will certainly simply lease each bed in the space for $400 for the whole rally (plus $100 refundable deposit) or take the entire room for $1200 (plus $200 refundable deposit). If rented by the bed or all yours if you take the whole space, this will be a shared room. Lets make this take place! Please call me asap. E-mail, text or phone call is fine. Just bear in mind I am in Los Angeles and Pacific time. It will certainly be first come, first served for the rally as I am setting out a lot of money for the rental and I wish to make certain I get my cash back. I anticipate hearing from you!
