Your home is in a high end gated neighborhood called Sawcreek estate. Bushkill is a booming area of the region referred to as Pocono. Delaware Water Gap, Delaware National Reserve Forest, Shawanee ski resort are my community natural tourist attractions. Lovely lakes roaring and murmuring creeks are all around.Weekly Rental: $2600 for visitor not surpassing 12.Refundable security deposit $2500. Extra damage defense insurance coverage to the tune of $10,000 will be needed for prom celebrations, friendly parties or any celebration where 70 % of the owners are below 25. If you are having trouble in getting that insurance, book through Airbnb.com (both my residences are there, one under Pocono Pines and the other as Ballygaunge). I will pay 50 % of the charge that you need to pay as guest in addition to my paying the charge as a host.All visitors need to hand over our home in the exact same way they received excepting washing the lines, towels or making the bedsMaximum 20 overnight visitors are allowed Guests beyond 17 but not going beyond 20 need to organize their own sleeping Bags.Minimum 2 nights booking is needed for regular weekend and 3 nights for long weekendVariety of day visitors need to not exceed 35. Not more than 4 vehicles will get the gate passes for day visitorsRates consist of all charges such as cleaning cost, association registration cost etc. No different charges for towels and linens soap, Gas for BBQ grill.
