The basement apt due to the fact that this house was developed in 1911. ceilings are 6'.It is really clean and equipped with all the contemporary amenities and comfortable home furnishings, "worn-out chic" is an apt description for this vintage home. Fully provided, linens, dishes, stove micro-wave, refrig., TELEVISION, WiFi, W/D, complete kitchen, living space, bathroom with shower and separate room. Great library, and a lot more! Windows offer light and can open for fresh air.Coffee and grinder are offered, for that very first morning, in case you don't want to stroll the 11/2 blocks to Mix's Coffee or Brother's Restaurant in the morning.And bring those Four-legged pals, we love animals! There will be an extra $35-100 Pet charge paid. Pet Addendum signed upon arrival for one animal (if appropriate).BBQ on the Weber, take a Hot Tub, and delight in the enjoyable pace without using an automobile. We've even had our guests' cars establish cob webs as their vehicle sat for days!REALLY comfy pillow leading queen bed. Visitors state it is the finest nights sleep they've had in ages! $105/night.
