The basement apt because this home was developed in 1912. ceilings are a little above 6'.It is spick-and-span and equipped with all the contemporary facilities and comfy home furnishings, "worn-out trendy" is an apt description for this vintage home. Fully furnished, linens, dishes, stove micro-wave, refrig., TV, WiFi, W/D, A/C, complete kitchen area, living room, bathroom with shower and separate bedroom. Great library, and much more! Windows provide light and can open for fresh air.Coffee and grinder are offered, for that very first morning, in case you don't wish to stroll the 11/2 blocks to Mix's Coffee or Brother's Restaurant in the morning.And bring those Four-legged pals, we enjoy animals! There will certainly be an additional $50-100 Pet cost paid. Pet Addendum signed upon arrival for one animal (if suitable).BBQ on the Weber, take a Hot Tub, and delight in the relaxing rate without using an automobile. We've even had our guests' cars establish cob webs as their car sat for days!VERY comfy pillow top queen bed. Guests say it is the best nights sleep they've had in ages! $105/night.
