Although Ocean City is a hectic location, our area is peaceful and relaxed. In the summertime Ocean City can be very hot. To make our guests more comfy, we have a brand-new Mitsubishi Heat pump / cooling system with a 9,000 BTU heat exchanger in the bed room and a 12,000 BTU device in the living-room. When not on the beach, the system is a very peaceful comfortable location to unwind while on getaway! All our visitors inform us they were really pleased with the new enhanced air conditioning system! The Beach House condominium structure is found at one of the narrowest put on the peninsula. From the balcony, it is possible to view para-sailing on the bay and dolphins on the ocean. One block away on the bayside there is a sailboat and wind browse rental company for a terrific day on the bay! For night home entertainment, there is the well-known boardwalk, the Convention Center, and the night club, Seacrets. Located simply one-mile from the boardwalk, many guests prefer to purchase all-day bus passes, walk, or simply ride bikes to obtain around town. An unique function about our area is the lack of mosquitoes! Southern Ocean City and Northern Ocean City at night are afflicted with really nasty mosquitoes. This is a non smoking system (guests can smoke on the balcony just) and pets are not permitted. If pets or smoke damages happen inside the system, we charge an additional $100. / day for the damages and restoration cleaning costs!
