This unit is available for the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon weekend as well as Labor Day week.This is our timeshare week at the Ocean Sands and we are not able to utilize it. This Resort is located straight on the Boardwalk/beach with complete a view of the Ocean. Available dates are: Check in Sat., Aug. 30, and look into Sat, Sept. 5, (7 nights). Complete cost is $1,050. The unit is fully-furnished with one-bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living space. It has a dining location, bath and fully equipped kitchen and full size appliances. The device sleeps maximum 4 (privacy 2). There is an indoor roof-top heated swimming sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. There is no balcony with this system. A dining establishment is on-site. Parking is complimentary. No animals and no smoking cigarettes.Guest need to be over the age of 21 and present a legitimate ID at check in.
