Summer $700/week, $400 half-week. And, we offer short-notice discounts, Now within a month of arrival, the quoted rate of $107/night is the discounted rate for Friday afternoon, 7/29 to Noon Monday, 8/1 (3 nights), for a party of 2. Add 10% for local & state taxes. *For $50, we'll clean.While cozy for just a couple, our 2-bedroom 2-bath cottage can sleep up to 8, including a bunk bed. Kitchen is fully furnished, including dishwasher (remodeled last year). And, we now have Internet.Dog deposit is $100, $80 refunded upon satisfactory inspections of cottage & yard following stay.Usually stays begin and end on Monday or Friday. With short notice reservations, other arrangements are possible (as well as rate discounts). As of July 9, only the following datesare available.
