The first floor has a PRIVATE 40' X 20' YARD with a Weber Grill, picnic table seating eight (8) guests. There is an outdoor shower, clothesline and onsite parking for two (2) vehicles. The 2nd floor is warm with two (2) large rooms at each end (queen and complete size beds) and one (1) full bathroom with shower. There is a huge kitchen / living room with a trundle bed (two twin beds). The washroom with shower is through the master bed room. Both systems are nicely decorated with bamboo flooring and wicker furniture. The second floor has a washer / dryer, HD TV and high speed Wi-Fi. There is a PRIVATE 25'x15' DECK with patio area furniture, Weber Grill and a big picnic table. There is an outdoor shower, clothes line and onsite parking for two (2) cars. The beach house is located in Brant Beach near the ACME, Skipper Dipper, Joey's Pizza, Pinky's Seafood, Pinzimino Trattoria and Kubels II.
