This is among those wonderful older lake houses with huge rooms, tall windows and a rustic feel that sits on the west bank over looking Cayuga Lake with an amazing look at of the sun rise in the morning from the screened in front porch. This house is close sufficient to canoe to the Farmers Market or far enough away for total quiet. Park your car right by the front door! There are three rooms. Two restrooms, living room, full kitchen area with a gas grill right outside the door.The residence has WiFi but no DSL-- and no MOVIE cable however has TV with a DVD player. The huge beach area is shown the house next door but has a lot of space and privacy. It's is just about 25 steps to the beach. Our home is totally provided, and includes sheets, blankets, towels and full kitchen and dining pots, pans and utensils, etc. There are kayaks and a canoe for use and a fantastic beach area with a fire pit.
