Public boat landing is less than five minutes away. A gas grill on the back deck, a two person swing, picnic tables, seating, and a hammock. The back deck is very large, and is perfect for a cookout or some drinks with friends! Almost three acres, very safe and kid friendly. All appliances included, washer/dryer, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The house is less than 10 minutes to the town of Reedville with several restaurants, a wonderful homemade ice cream and coffee shop, and the local fisherman's museum for a bit of history! Very close to several island excursions, 10 minutes to the ferry to Tangier Island, several wineries, and wonderful restaurant choices 20 minutes away in Kilmarnock.
