You will certainly like the feel of Zilker Park Place. The pictures simply don't do it justice. This is a big two tale townhome that is part of a very quiet fourplex in an extremely peaceful community. It has 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath, sleeps 4 adults (one king-size bed, one pull-out sofa) and 1 kid (seat). For the place, which is two blocks from Barton Springs Pool, and per sq. ft. the rate is among the best bargains around. You will enjoy this fully equipped kitchen if you are a cook. It has all the features anybody could potentially require for a day's stay or for a months. Zilker Park Place is close to everything that is taking place in Austin. Loaded with color and initial art (photos taken on our journeys and art by the citizen artist next door), it is a pleased place with terrific energy. The bed rooms has a King size bed with the with the most comfy bed mattress I have ever laid on. The sofa in the living space is a Queen sleeper with memory foam. The down stairs restroom features 'Pretty Boy' the tetra fish and his aquarium which occurs to be part the toilet tank. The kitchen is established for all your cooking needs. It is close to SoCo and less than a $10 cab flight to downtown. It is located about a couple of blocks from the the bus and is simple strolling range to dining establishment row on Barton Springs Rd. The treking trail around Lady Bird Lake is approx. a mile away. Enjoy Zilker, Barton Springs, or the Greenbelt. (WiFi/digital cable). Sorry-- no pets.
