Unwind amongst magnificent foothill views of the Catalina Mountains in a residence designed and stayed in by designer Stephen Robinson. The roofline design, resembling the Blackridge angles of the Catalinas, is oriented to maximize views on an acre of natural desert vegetation. A 2 bed room (both with king size beds), 2 bath, has the comforts of home-42" flat screen TELEVISION, wireless internet, newly remodeled premium cooking area (completely equipped with cooking needs), high thread count linens, laundry room and outdoor sitting locations for optimum satisfaction. Wildlife can be seen on an everyday basis-we have actually seen a family of javalinas, quail (with children!), coyote, hawks, meadow dogs, a bobcat, desert hares, and various reptile species. Off of Sabino Canyon Road, the house is close to popular hiking area Sabino Canyon, golf links and excellent dining establishments. Posted rates are for August/September, 2014. No cigarette smoking inside or outside-smoke free home. Stay for three nights (minimum). End of summer unique rate: $115/night, double occupancy. Regular rates are $150/night, double occupancy (2 individuals), $25/night per person over double occupancy. We can bring in an extra bed (twin size) so residence can possibly sleep 5.Note: there is a cleaning cost of $150 and the tax rate is 6.1 %. We also have a refundable security deposit. Pets are $10/night per animal and need to be approved.Note: this is not a social event home, it is intended for peaceful, unwinded vacationing just. We do not enable huge celebrations, happy ask for confirmation if needed.
