Look ats of three range of mountains and city lights. Quiet, tranquil, gorgeous area yet near Mt. Lemmon (20 minutes away), and near to popular cycling location, golf course and popular hiking sites (Tanque Verde Falls for example!). Stay for three nights (minimum) or inquire about our weekly rate. Rate reflects double tenancy (two individuals), $25/night per person for additional guests (4th or 3rd person). Special rate is for summertime months just, June through August, 2014. Whole month of May is currently rented. This is not a party house-it is meant for quiet/semi-quiet, relaxed vacationing just.Note: there is a cleaning fee of $150 and the tax rate is 6.1 %. We likewise have a refundable down payment. Animals are $10/night per pet and have actually to be approved.
