Winter rates are discounted for longer term residents. We are happy to have mature and conscientious winter/spring residents. Our large downtown guest house has a private separate apartment and a shared main house with three large bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, off street parking and a nice modern laundry room. Each bedroom has its own keyed entrance, quality bedding and linens, dressers, lamps, desk, chair, lots of room to stretch out and individually controlled heat. Two of the bedrooms, (upstairs) share a large bathroom their own separate vanities and the third bedroom, (downstairs) has its own private bathroom. Everything is included, fully furnished, high speed internet and all utilities. The two rooms upstairs have been rented through May to two lovely women who are both in their late 50's. The room which is available is the one downstairs with its own private bath. This room rents for $950/month, 3 month rate or $1150 for less then 3 months. Soonest availability Jan. 6th Also weekly.... $375/week for private bath.
