Great location if you are in town for a sports event, convention, or just really want to go to Denver but desire something bigger, and cooler than a hotel. Hotels close by rent for over $200 a night, and charge 30+ for parking. This place is two times the size of most hotel spaces, has a dedicated parking area behind the unit, a full cooking area a living space that is separate from the bed room is super cool, and rents for $110 to $175 depending upon the time of year ... however it was built in 1905, so even with the extremely recent remodel and upgrades ... it was still constructed in 1905, and keeps much of that character.
