Lots of small-town activities nearby. Coffee bar, restaurants, dining establishments, and an excellent grocery shop are within a couple of miles. Places of historic interest and antique marts are in close proximity, or remain in and indulge in an enthralling book, good favorite, or a restful nap. Lower Sullivan County is a haven for the American Bald Eagle-- go to a few of the close-by state-sponsored lookout points, or you may just see one on the facilities. Wildlife abounds-- turkeys, deer and other nation animals visit daily. Peaceful, peaceful, remote locale, yet just 2 hours from Manhattan. For those who can't leave their cares at house-- cable television service and internet connection is included. Seasonal devices available for use-- kayaks, canoe, rowboat, swimming raft. Exceptional fishing. On a clear night, the sky is so complete of stars that it seems you can rise and touch them.
