The complex is huge, great neighborhood, gorgeous trees and landscaping, there are 3 heated pools, 1 which is olympic size, hot tub, propane BBQ's, physical fitness space, incredible walking tracks all within the complex. There are laundry centers throughout the premises. Gelson's Grocery & Deli, Pickup Stix, RiteAid, Postal Store, Dry Cleaners and Gas Station within a 5 minute walk, and Fashion Island's 100's of shops and dining establishments just a 5 minute drive.2 miles to Corona Del Mar, 4 miles to Huntington Beach, 8 miles to Laguna Beach.Short-term Rentals are weekly. Right here are the weeks that are still offered:.8/17 - 8/23 offered $ 950.8/23 - 8/30 available $ 950. Rental starts Sunday at midday till the following Saturday at twelve noon.Weekly rental is as mentioned plus $300 refundable security deposit.50 % of lease to secure date. Remaining balance due 5 days prior to tenancy.You can pay with cash order, bank check or cash.Checks should clear payment prior to occupancy.
