TELEVISION in every space and the living room has a flat broad screen TELEVISION with DVD player and a stereo. Full kitchen and utility room, good back porch over looking the shallows where you can sit and see the wild life. Yes there are gators in the location so keep your eyes open. No pets are enabled. Sorry, not my rules. There are 2 bicycles in the storage space for use. There are grills located outside between the condominiums and by the swimming pool area for your use. No requirement to get gas, grills are ready for use. Also, there is a huge swimming pool and jacuzzi in the pool location. Recreation room and excercise room too. Activities are constantly going on everyday of the week for your pleasure by the staff at Egret Point. All you have to bring are your clothes, tooth brush and food.
