My household has owned this 3 bed room (sleeps up to 10), 3 bath timeshare device for several years and would not remain any other location in the Orlando location. The resort itself has everything you require ... gorgeous golf courses, driving arrays, tennis courts, basketball courts, multiple pools, Splash Island water park, Restaurants, shopping, etc, etc, all readily available to you without leaving the resort. This beautiful unit has a complete kitchen area with everything you need, fridge, dishwasher, utensils & plates, pot/pans, food kitchen, etc. This full cooking area allows you and your household to conserve $$ on holiday and stay clear of eating in restaurants a lot and just remain in and prepare yourself. Publix supermarket is just a few miles from the resort. Master suite with jacuzzi tub, washer & clothes dryer, dining space, household room, evaluated porch, tile flooring, all the luxuries of house! Don't be crowdeded up in a tiny hotel space for $100+ per night. This system is VERY roomy, in truth, its is as big as a lot of peoples houses! For many years, we've had up to 3 families stay in this system and had plenty of space, and everybody gets their own washroom !! This is definitely the finest price per night considering all the space, charm and features this resort needs to offer. $1200.00 for the whole 7-night stay!No concealed costs, etc. Sorry, this offer is non-negotiable and firm.
