Two bedroom cabin complete with bathroom and kitchen. Cozy for a couple or small family. Equipped with AC, TV, VCR, DVD, CD/Radio, Fireplace, Large Deck. Nightly price : $125, weekly $750, monthly $2200. Cleaning fee $30-$45 per stay. We have a game room, basketball hoop, volleyball net, large playing field and running streams on the property. 864-718-XXXX Billing ArrangementsA minimum of a 50% deposit is required at the time of making your reservation.Cancellation Policy for Cabins and Camping-cancellations will incur fees and penalties according to the following schedule lodging- with 30+ days notice, there will be a $50 handling fee.- within 15-29 days, a one night's charge will be applied.- within 0-14 days, your entire deposit will not be refunded.Camping- within 15+ days, notice, there will be a $ 20 handling fee.- within 4-14 days, a one night's charge will be applied.- within 0-3 days, your entire deposit will be refunded.No-shows will forfeit total amount of stay. In case of medical emergency or death, a $25 fee will be charged to change reservation dates, based on availability. Damage PolicyDamage done to cabins, furniture or ruined linens will be charged replacement cost to the credit card on file. Smoking is NOT permitted in our cabins. An additional sanitation fee of $30 will be charged if cabin smells of cigarette smoke.Pet PolicyWe love animals and we strive to make this facility a pet friendly place. To keep Mountain Rest a place for your furry friend as well as yourself, we ask you respect our pet policy. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $35 for your first pet and $25 for your second pet. Many of our guests have allergies, so we cannot have dog or cat hair in the cabins. Customers will be charged an hourly rate of $15 per hour to remove dog hair from bedding, rugs and furniture. If your pet sheds, we suggest you remove all of our bedding and rugs during your pets stay in our cabins. It is best to bring your own bedding,linens and towels to deter this from happening. If your pet is accustomed to sitting on furniture, bring your own covers that do not already have dog hair on them. We are pet friendly but we strictly enforce this policy. By bringing your pet, you are authorizing us to charge accordingly, your card on file, for excessive dog hair removal. Pets need to be under your supervision at all times and must be up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick medication. Voice or leash control is acceptable, but if your dog shows aggressive behavior, your dog will be asked to leave. Thank you for helping us keep our cabins free to all of our guests and our grounds safe and clean. Don't forget to bring the plastic bag!.
