Hi,I have an oceanfront 2-bedroom cottage available for vacation rental. $125 a night. $600 a week. $1495 a month. PLEASE check calendar before calling me. Fully furnished with washer and drier. It is right on the water in the middle of very nice neighborhood. Great deck for lounging and watching the harbor and seals. Close to town. Walking distance to restaurants and major markets. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a full fold out futon in the smaller spare room. There is a queen fold out futon in the living room. Cottage is 800 sq feet including deck. DVD/VCR/stereo with some movies and CDs. Cleaning fee is $75. A refundable security deposit of $200 is due (perhaps more depending on length of stay), as well as a rental contract, and pic ID. I take Paypal, etc. No loud or troublesome guests please. 3 adults max, or family of 4 allowed. I have a website for the cottage with lots of pics and info, and an availability calendar.
