Each unit comprises a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing the lake. Pets OK with additional deposit and charges. It will hold a maximum of 7 people.Tall Cedars, Pines and Oaks surround our home. Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California offers.Each kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator and views of the lake and tall trees.Each dining room has a table with chairs and views of the lake and trees.Unit A Upstairs sleeps 7 people and has a Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, Cable TV, and VCR. The Second Bedroom has a double bed with a loft single on top. The Bathroom is a tub/shower combo. The Living Room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes Cable TV, VCR, stereo, games, and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air.Unit B Downstairs sleeps 8 people and has a Master Bedroom has a double bed, Cable TV, and VCR with the Second Bedroom with 4 single beds. The Bathroom is a shower . The Living Room has a double size hide-a-bed. It also includes Cable TV, VCR, stereo, games, and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air.Lakemont Pines lake is directly across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.Activities in the surrounding national forests include fishing, hiking among ancient redwoods, mountain biking on established trails, rafting on the Stanislaus river and canoeing on crystalline lakes.
