Great separation of space, bedrooms and bath upstairs, huge living-room, dining room, complete kitchen and full bathroom downstairs, stainless steel kitchen appliances, roses on the patio, toys, books, videos for the children. Wireless net. Cable. $125/night for 1-4 individuals, consisting of tax, plus $65 cleaning charge and $200 refundable damage deposit. Minimum 2 nights. (Can sleep 6, utilizing sofabed. $150/night for 6.). RUSH! THESE RATES ARE FOR THIS WEEKEND ONLY, MAY 23-26. The only other availability this summer is June 9 and 10, and July 21-24 and July 28 - August 3. Regular rates are $150/night (for 1-4 people) plus 10 % tax (+ $65 cleaning).
