This home is warmly decorated throughout and can comfortably accommodate six guests. Enjoy beautiful mountain and forest views as your tucked away in a peaceful setting. The house is nestled in the forest area, with expansive hiking trails and sledding areaswithin blocks of the house. Amenities include a modern fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal, bar seating forthree, river rock gas log fireplace, knotty pine throughout, TV with DVD player and selected movies,wireless internet, laundry with washer and dryer, outdoor barbecue, spacious rear deck with views of the mountains. Master bedroom has the half bath attached to it and features a cal king bed. The full bathroom was recently remodeled. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The private den area is equipped with abunk bed, with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. The living room has a futon couch for extrasleeping accommodations.The property is light and airy with large windows and forced air heating that keeps you nice andcomfortable from the cold outside. The house has easy access to both Y-area and Meyers. Heavenly/Casinos and Sierra-at-Tahoe are 10 to 15 minute drive. There is parking available for four cars. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Responsible families only please, as this is not an active rental property and serves as our second home. $100/night weekdays, $125/night weekends/holidays, plus cleaning fee (approximately $100) and refundable deposit.
