One bedroom upstairs with King Bed (feather mattress topper), TV and bathroom. One bedroom on Main level with queen bed (feather mattress topper) and one bedroom with bunk beds and trundle with pull out single mattress (typically childrens room). Home can sleep up to 8 people. Renovations include newer interior paint, updated bathrooms, new floor coverings, windows and new 46" flat screen TV in living area and more. Amenities: BBQ, WiFi, Ping Pong table, Flat screen TV, highchair, books, VHS tapes, DVD's, games, puzzles and fully stocked kitchen. Rates: $125/nt, $800/wk off Peak $165/nt, $1070/wk peak season (Summer) $170/nt, $1100/wk for Holidays + $95 Non-refundable cleaning fee $150 Refundable Deposit Sorry No Smoking/No hot tub/No pets please.
