alohaThanx for taking a moment to view my home in Kapoho. Kapoho is located 40 minutes south of the town Of Hilo Hawaii. Surrounded by papaya farms, orchid ranches, Kapoho has no hotels, no motels, no large tourist crowds. We are lush, tropical and the Kapoho tidepools also known as the Wai Opea Marine Wildlife Sanctuary offers the best and largest snorkeling reserve found anywhere on the Island of Hawaii.Vast ocean tidepools offer snrokeling that is un matched. Corals of all shapes colors and sizes, beautiful tropical fish adorn these vast tidepools and there's no lack of tropical fish. We are even lucky enough to have Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles that make their homes at the tidepools.Our home as seen below, was built by my son and I. It is as beautiful as it looks. Open vaulted hand sanded beams, tile floors, ocean view from rear deck, towering cupala over the living room, open kitchen with all new appliances, and the house was completed in 2008.We do offer our guests Internet service/w/router, so you can sit on the lanai and surf the web, cable tv, surround sound in the cupala, lots of large bay windows, all bedrooms have glass sliding doors leading to our wrap around outside covered walkways, with awesome views.We're 500 feet from the ocean and just a 4 minute walk to the kapoho tidpools. Close by our community, as seen below, you'll discover Ahaluanui Geo thermal warm ponds, black sand beaches of Kehena and Kalapana, lava flows , when flowing from the PU U O O crater, as seen on travelocity commercials.Our town, about 8 miles from our home is called Pahoa. In fact, if you look at the pics below, you'll see that our home is two stories tall.Downstairs is strictly storage area, so at my home, you'll never share it with another family.We also offer you a two car fully enclosed garage w/ door opener. Why is this soooo important? because falling coconuts are the number one cause of rental car damage.We have a covered stairway as you leave the back side door of the garage, so you won't get soaked coming home from your days excursions in a rainshower.We also have banana, coconut and papaya trees on the property and a full wrap around the house lawn. No neighbors behind us, or on the North side of our home, and our block is comprised mainly of all new beautiful custom homes. But unlike some areas, our community is mainly residential. So come feel the Aloha.Now again our community is called "Vacation land". And yes I know the name implies large tourist crowds. This is just not so.I think that's enough for this ad.
