This upscale gated vacation community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just a few miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks. We are located just 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).RENTAL RATESANY 7 NIGHT STAY ONLY $875/week, (125 / Night) This includes all taxes and final cleaning.Please note the price is for the Entire House- Not per person.Shorter stays available (starting at $150 per night)Pool Heating, if required (based on personal preference), is payable at the rate of $25 per day or $100/week with the final payment.$450 is due at the time of the reservation and $425 one month prior to arrival. There is also a $200 damage deposit required.
