This winter, stay at a beautiful beach house near Jamaica Beach in Galveston. House is just 11 miles from 61st and Seawall, 5 miles from Schlitterbaughn Indoor Water Park & Moody Gardens, Just steps away from the Beach. Enjoy a cup of joe on one of two covered decks. Watch the beautiful Sunset on the Bay from the Kitchen window or front door deck. House is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, has washer and dryer, picnic table below the house, outdoor shower, park grill, is approx 300 feet from the beach. Is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans etc. Sleeps 2 in queen bed / master bedroom, built in bunk bed in kids room sleeps 3, Futon in living room sleeps another 2, Will sleep 7 comfortably. House is on corner of 16 mile road and FM 3005 just 1 block from Jamaica Police Dept, Church, Fire Dept, Hardware, Valero Gas and Subway Sandwich Shop. To the West house is next door to Chevron Gas station/grocery store and Nate's Steakhouse, Across street from Jamaica Beach RV Park which has an 18 hole miniature golf course. No need to go beyond a 3 mile radius if you just want to stay by the beach. If you do want to venture out, Galveston has alot to offer. Visit its Museums, Skate Park, Take a tour of its 1800's Victorian Homes, go shopping on the Strand, visit Pelican Island, Take a ride on the Bolivar Ferry. Have lunch or dinner at any of the many Resturants both on the Strand and Seawall Ave.More about house: Is fully stocked, All bills Paid, will rent from Mid Oct to Mid March on a monthly basis. If you pay your rent on the first you get stay that month. Vacation Rental Season starts with Spring Break in mid March but if you want to stay thru end of March rent for the whole month of March is double.
