New wood and ceramic floors, kitchen, decks, roof, etc. All on 2 acres of land. Very secluded. We are currently renting it out as a vacation rental through at least April or May. $999 per week through April. May will be $1250 per week. We don't plan on renting it out in the past June, though that may change. Summer rates (from the middle of June through end of August) would be $2000 per week. Though the weather isn't very warm now, it still makes a great romantic getaway. The views are great. We will rent it out for the week, midweek or weekend.
