I am turning 50 in August and I am treating myself to the Sturgis rally as a birthday present to me! Its been on my bucket list for a long time and I am finally doing it. So I leased a nice huge residence for Sturgis ... The house has 5 rooms. I am taking among them. That leaves 4 bedrooms offered for rental. I am looking for a good fun group preferably near my age bracket (not needed tho) to rent them to ... First responders and military are extremely motivated to use. I will even begin the Rally off right with a fridge full of beer! I have actually been looking around for about a month up until now and the average rate I can discover for suitable accommodations (a space) has to do with $2000 for a week. So I have worked it out so we can all have a place longer, for a lot less $$!! I have a residence from August 1 through August 11, so you can have a house from August 1-11th. Here's what you get:. Your very own room (or bed) for the entire rally.Capacity benefits.3 restrooms (essential !!).Your own set of keys to come and go as you want.Use of the kitchen.Washer and Dryer.Energies are included.Outdoor deck with BBQ.Garage for the bikes.WiFi.Great company with like minded people. Some No-No's:. No smoking cigarettes in the home.Absolutely no drugs in our home.No Pets. Pretty reasonable up until now, right? Right here's the room breakdown:. Bedroom Suite: King size bed, your own bathroom (no sharing!) has a jacuzzi tub and shower and the whole suite is yours for your stay!... $1500 for approximately 9 days/8 nights (+ $200 refundable deposit). ****** RENTED ******. Second Bedroom: Full sized futon, your own room for the entire stay ... $1250 for approximately 11 days/10 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). 3rd Bedroom: Current baby room. No bed but a lot of room for a blow-up mattress (I can assist with this). Your very own space for the entire rally! ...$1100 for approximately 9 days/8 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). ****** RENTED *****. 4th & 5th Bedrooms: Bunk style beds ... 3 in each space. I'm thinking that I will certainly simply rent each bed in the space for $400 for the whole rally (plus $100 refundable deposit) or take the entire room for $1200 (plus $200 refundable deposit). This will be a shared room if rented by the bed or all yours if you take the whole room. ****** 4 OF THE 6 BEDS ARE RENTED *****. Lets make this take place! Please contact me asap.
