I am turning 50 in August and I am treating myself to the Sturgis rally as a birthday present to me! Its been on my container list for a long period of time and I am finally doing it. So I leased a good big residence for Sturgis ... The home has 5 bedrooms. I am taking one of them. That leaves four bedrooms readily available for rental. I am looking for a great enjoyable group preferably near my age bracket (not needed tho) to lease them to ... First responders and military are highly urged to apply. I will even start the Rally off right with a fridge full of beer! I have been shopping around for about a month so far and the typical rate I can find for good lodging (a space) has to do with $2000 for a week. So I have actually worked it out so we can all have a place longer, for a lot less $$!! I have a house from August 2 through August 10, so you can have a home from August 2-10th. Here's exactly what you get:. Your own room (or bed) for the whole rally.Capacity benefits.3 bathrooms (vital !!).Your own set of keys to come and go as you want.Use of the kitchen.Washer and Dryer.Utilities are included.Outdoor deck with BBQ.Garage for the bikes.WiFi.Great company with like minded people. Second Bedroom: Full sized futon, your own space for the whole stay ... $1250 for approximately 9 days/8 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). 3rd Bedroom: Current baby room. No bed but lots of room for a blow-up mattress (I can assist with this). Your own room for the entire rally! ...$1100 for as much as 9 days/8 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). **** RENTED *****. 5th & 4th Bedrooms: Bunk style beds ... 3 in each room. I'm thinking that I will just lease out each bed in the room for $400 for the entire rally (plus $100 refundable deposit) or take the entire room for $1200 (plus $200 refundable deposit).
