I have actually been going shopping around for about a month so far and the average rate I can discover for decent accommodations (a room) has to do with $2000 for a week. So I have actually worked it out so we can all have a place longer, for a lot less $$!! I have a residence from August 1 thru August 11, so you can have a house from August 1-11th. Right here's what you get:. Your own room (or bed) for the whole rally.Full home advantages.3 washrooms (crucial !!).Your own set of keys to come and go as you wish.Use of the cooking area.Washer and Dryer.Utilities are consisted of.Outdoor deck with BBQ.Garage for the bikes.WiFi.Efficient company with like minded individuals. Some No-No's:. No smoking in your house.Absolutely no medicines in your house.No Pets. Pretty reasonable so far, right? Right here's the room breakdown:. Master Bedroom Suite: King size bed, your very own washroom (no sharing!) has a jacuzzi tub and shower and the whole suite is yours for your stay!... $1500 for as much as 9 days/8 nights (+ $200 refundable deposit). ****** RENTED *****. Second Bedroom: Full sized futon, your own room for the entire stay ... $1250 for up to 11 days/10 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). 3rd Bedroom: Current baby room. No bed however lots of space for a blow-up mattress (I can assist with this). Your own room for the entire rally! ...$1100 for as much as 9 days/8 nights (+ refundable $200 deposit). ***** RENTED ******. 4th & 5th Bedrooms: Bunk style beds ... 3 in each room. I'm believing that I will simply rent out each bed in the space for $400 for the whole rally (plus $100 refundable deposit) or take the whole space for $1200 (plus $200 refundable deposit). If leased by the bed or all yours if you take the whole room, this will certainly be a shared space. ***** 4 OF 6 BEDS RENTED *****. Lets make this happen! Please call me asap.
