Located near the Balboa Island Ferry, where you can cross to the Balboa Peninsula to discover the numerous dining establishments and different other activities (boat rentals, tours, arcades and the ocean). Walk the boardwalk around the Island and delight in the bay front beaches and a captivating downtown location where you can go shopping and dine. Rental includes a carport and there is a heated swimming pool and integrated gas bar-be-que on the property. Cable television, DVD/VCR player, regional telephone service and DSL/Wireless Internet gain access to. Linens and towels are supplied. Sorry, no animals. SUMMERTIME RENTAL: This year our summertime rentals begin June 21st with September 5th of 2014. CURRENT AVAILABLE WEEKS: June 21st to the 28th, August 9th to the 16th. Rentals fly Saturday at 2 pm to the following Saturday to 11 am. The rental rate is $1, 250 weekly plus a 10 % ($ 125) city space tax (space tax relates to stays under 30 days) for a total amount of $1, 375 for a week. A security/cleaning deposit of $200 is required from which cleaning charges ($95 - $100, in some cases a bit more depending on how it is left, figured out by the cleaning service) are subtracted and balance, disallowing any damages (we do not expect any), is returned within 10 days after departure.
