I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse(The Townes) suite vacation rental available for rent at the King's Creek Plantation. Rates range from $129 - $250 per night. Jan - Mar rates are $129/nt. March rates are $199/nt. June - December 31st is $250/nt. I will rent 3, 4 or 7 nights. Further discounts on 7 night rental. The suite is fully furnished, a living room with sofa sleeper, full kitchen, dining area, king size bed in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom and sleeps up to 6. The resort has plenty of amenities, including pools, hot tubs, barbeque grills, basketball court and picnic areas. You can email me thru craigslist, call or text me at 916 349 XXXX for availability. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day. If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment, you can also make payment by debit or credit card. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
