I 1br, 4br and 2br trip rentals available at King's Creek Plantation, Wyndham Patriots Place or Powhatan Plantation. Rates start at $129 per night for the 1br/1ba system, 2br and 4br suites are higher. King's Creek Plantation, 2br/2ba at The Townes section. Aug 28th - Sep 4th, 2014. 4 night minimum over Labor Day weekend. Fees begin at $199 per night consisting of tax midweek and $229 per night including tax on weekends. All suites are totally furnished, a living room with couch sleeper, complete cooking area (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc), dining area, king size bed in the bedroom. 2br and 4br suites vary as the 2nd room might have a queen bed or two twin beds. Each of the resort areas have lots of features, including outdoor or indoor pools, hot tubs, barbeque grills, basketball court and picnic locations. Complimentary wifi and free parking onsite. You can email me thru craigslist, call or text me at.program contact details.for availability. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if beyond 60 days. Full payment is anticipated if 60 days or less or holiday week. I will certainly send you a Paypal invoice.
