2nd floor walkup, new windows and fridge (replaced within the last 6 mo), spacious 14 x 7.5 private sunny room. Queen bed/linens provided, along with a 6 drawer dresser. I can also provide a rolling rack if hanging space is needed. You will also have an in-room beverage station (electric kettle, french press, coffee/tea, water) if you prefer privacy!I also have an iron/ironing board you can use and can provide a hand steamer if needed, for business travelers or fancy nights out.Guest AccessFully equipped kitchen, we are walking distance from organic 24 hour groceries for cooking. Your room also opens to a fire escape, with access to a backyard. Shared clean bathroom with full size shower.Interaction with GuestsI work A LOT, so Im not always around, but am also a relatively social person. There is a fantastic local bar around the corner that I frequent, would love to meet there for a drink and a chat. I love meeting new people!The NeighborhoodFantastic location for vacationing and guests that travel for work! One stop from Manhattan via the J/M/Z Marcy station or the Bedford L station. Walking distance to hundreds of bars, shops, food, markets, art galleries, etc.Getting aroundI am 5 minutes walking from the Marcy J/M/Z metro station, and 10 minutes walking from the Bedford L metro station. Across the street from the entrance to the Manhattan bound Williamsburg Bridge, and 4 blocks from the entrance to the BQE/278. So much to do within walking distance too. I have a top 10 list for the neighborhood if you are up for exploring.Other Things to NoteI have a cat, but she keeps to herself and is not allowed in the guest room. I also clean with an allergen reducing powder. My previous tenant was allergic and never had a reaction over a 3 year period. Listing ID 2534602.
