This big, cute, and comfortable unit has a king sized bed couch in the living-room. The kitchen area is furnished as revealed with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all pans, pots and dishes, and cooking and serving utensils. Bed and bath linens are provided, along with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. The patio table with umbrella seats 4 and consists of a charcoal grill. All of these cottages are spotlessly clean and geared up to offer guests with a house away from house experience, so just bring food and clothes and you are all set. Unlike other private houses, we permit a minimum stay of only 3 nights for those simply trying to find a long weekend vacation. In addition, we offer discounts for prolonged stays, AND we are pet friendly! Finest of all, we are found precisely the beach ... no streets to cross or parking area to circle ... simply go out your door and there's the Atlantic Ocean! Jan. to Aug: $135.00 / Daily.Jan. to Aug: $795.00 / Weekly.Jan. to Aug: $1,850.00 / Monthly. Sept. to Dec: $120.00 / Daily.Sept. to Dec: $695.00 / Weekly.Sept. to Dec: $1,750.00 / Monthly. There is a cleaning fee of $60.Rates are for 2 person tenancy only.Daily rentals considered with 3 day minutes.Pets: $100.00 animal cost.No smoking cigarettes.Check-in time after 2:00 PM. Check-out time 11:00 AM.50 % of the complete rental rate will hold your reservation. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards rate.
