Our home is approximately 1/2 mile from the SHARC (recreational facility) and 1 mile from the Village Mall. One bedroom upstairs with King Bed, TV and bathroom. One bedroom on Main level with queen bed and one bedroom with bunk beds and trundle with pull out single mattress. Home sleeps 8 people. Renovations include newer interior paint, updated bathrooms, new floor coverings, windows and new 46" flat screen TV in living area and more. Amenities: BBQ, WiFi, Flat screen TV, highchair, books, VHS tapes, DVD's, games, puzzles and fully stocked kitchen. Rates for Christmas and New Years (4 night Minimum) is $170 per night + 8% Deschutes County tax and $100 cleaning fee. = $834 for 4 nights $1385 for 7 nights Rates: Fall/Winter/Spring: September 2 - June 14 =- $135/ night (2 night minimum) Summer: June 15 - September1 = $170/ night (4 night minimum) Christmas/New Years: December 16 - January 2 -- $170/night (4 night minimum) $100 cleaning fee and 8% Deschutes County tax added to all stays. $200 refundable security deposit. SPECIALS: Sept 2 - June 14-- Pay for 3 nights at $135/night and get the 4th night FREE = $537 which averages $134 per nights stay based on 4 nights (includes tax & cleaning fee) excludes Holidays Stay 6 nights get 7th night FREE (excludes holidays) Sorry No Smoking/No pets please We know you'll enjoy your stay at Sunriver.
