Linens and towels provided, plus there is a washer and dryer available for your use. Fenced Yard for your furry friend (dogs only please), on approval. Lots of activities in Big Bear for all ages. Bring your mountain bikes, skis or your fishing boat.Summer rates $135 per night Sun - Thurs, $165 per night Fri & Sat plus lodging taxes and $75 cleaning fee. Holiday Rates slightly higher and reguire a 3 - 4 night stay.Very close to Big Bear City Airport, Big Bear Discovery Center and Big Bear Lake, minutes to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.Holiday rental rates higher and require a 3 - 4 night minimum.
