For one month, enjoy Folly Beach for $1375 * from Sept. 11h - April 30th for. Bring your family, friends and pets can stay just 4 blocks from the beach in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. This house sleeps (at least) 8 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunk beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas. We have all many amenities including: a full kitchen with a microwave and dish washer, a Jacuzzi tub, a screened-in porch, a sun deck, a washer and dryer, cable TV, a DVD player and more. Linens are provided and it's pet friendly. There is also a common area with grills for cookouts. * We will pay up to $150 of the utilities each month. For each stay, there are other charges in addition to the rent and taxes etc.: a linen service fee of $75, a cleaning fee of $90 and if you bring a pet, the pet fee is $125.
