It is within easy walking distance of all that Prescott has to offer, including fine restaurants, theatres, art galleries, antique stores, boutiques, historic Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Square where many exciting activities happen through out the year. Albertson's grocery store is a short 2 blocks away.This 1901 cottage has been updated with many modern amentities for your comfort, but still maintains the old home charm, with high ceilings, lots of crown molding and a beautiful oak staircase. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with shower, the kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove, built in microwave, and frig. The dining room has a round oak table with 4 chairs and a breakfast buffet with coffeemaker and toaster. There is also a drop leaf table in the living room for additional dining/card games/puzzles.The living room is comfortable and cozy and there is a new flat panel tv with cable and DVD player, a stereo, high speed internet and central air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a lovely 4 poster queen size bed, the other with a comfortable full size Jenny Lind bed and a 3rd bedroom/den is upstairs with a daybed that can be made into two twins. There is a lovely courtyard area with patio table and flowers for your outdoor enjoyment. The home is turn-key with linens, dishes, towels provided and there is a washer/dryer.Rates are $139 per night, $149 holidays, - $750 per week or $1850 per month.
