2007 Park Model, 1 room, 2 bath with a double Loft.$140 per night(2 night minutes), $700 per week or $1000 per month (monthly occupants pay for utilities.Peak period is November 20 through January 5th and June 1-September 30 the rates are $150 per night (2 night min.), $800 each week or $1000 per month (monthly renters spend for utilities.This cabin is fully furnished and has all the conveniences of home including a completely geared up kitchen, satellite TELEVISION with DVD, a gas fireplace and a gas barbecue grill on the deck.A king size bed in the room and a queen size bed in the loft and sleeping mats for any children.There is a sunken jacuzzi on the porch for those cold and snowy nights.A huge storage shed with a washer & dryer that backs up to the window in the main bath for simple pass though with laundry.There is web service at the clubhouse.Sit out on the deck or in the Hot Tub and enjoy the tall pines and the quiet of the mountains.
