Large backyard with table and chairs. 1 mile to lovely National Seashore Ocean Beach and minutes to Ponds and bays. Bike Path straight across the roadway, golf 10 minutes away. Provincetown 20 minute drive. Rental Period Friday to Friday (Beat the Saturday turn over traffic) or Saturday to Saturday. August 1st- August 8th - $1500. August 8th- August 15th - $1400. August 23rd- August 30th - $1400. August 24th- August 31st - $1600. Brief Weeks Available in July and August: 4night stay - $1000 - ask for even more information. Off times of the year weeks also readily available for $1300-1400 and/or for vacations. Maximum Capacity is 6 people. No Pets or cigarette smoking allowed.
