It's located inthe quiet village of Port Colborne, ON. The home is a fully furnished vacation rental home that is kept clean and in great shape for those who want a wonder Spring or Summer vacation. It has six bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. In the cellar there's a recreation room with a foozball and pool table. There's also laundry facilities. The yard is spacious and has a sandy beach. There a propane barbeque for grilling and a stack of dry bonfire wood so you can enjoy bonfires during your stay. Sorry no pets. Smoking is permitted outside only.The Beach House is also available for weekend rentals in April, not May. The discounted rate for weekend rentals is $400, reduced by $100. The rate is based on 12 guests or less.The Beach House is available for summer weekly rentals (Wednesday to Wednesday).
