Sleeps 4 comfortably, up to six! Queen size bed in master bedroom with sofa. No pets and NON Smoking unit. You do NOT have to use the steps from the parking lot. *MOST IMPORTANTLY* COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE TO VAIL MOUNTAIN, WILL DROP YOU OFF AT LIONSHEAD, RUNS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND EVENING.RESORT IS LOCATED ROUGHLY 2 MILES FROM VAIL VILLAGE Make your reservations early for an awesome ski week rental, World Alpine Ski Event will be in town during this week in 2015. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 days. 60 days or less, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
