This is a gated community that is walking distance to the water and only about a 3 minute drive to the london bridge. Fully provided, 24 hour gated security, personal boat ramp, beaches, marina, neighborhood pool and rec. Our home has devices, terrific A/C, Cable tv and a flat screen TELEVISION. You may likewise utilize the golf cart that is at the home. There is a $300 refundable security deposit and $60 cleaning cost. We are renting it out for all the big weekends including memorial day, labor day, and the fourth of July. We will also be leasing it out during normal weekends/weekdays. If you have any concerns kindly call me. Rate per week varies depending on the time of year. 150 per night on non-holiday weeks (3 night minimum).225 per night on vacation weekends.800 per week throughout non-holiday week.1000 each week holiday weekend.
